From Bad To Worse!

I really really want to fix this...so badly, but it's been sitting like this for so long I don't know if it will ever get done.
During one of the very windy rain and snow storms, it got blown upright and by the time I noticed it (it's kind of hidden where it is) this is what I found.
Poor poor ol' canoe. :(
