Ahh, Spring.

I was happy to get a good shot of my first hummingbird of the season yesterday, but I couldn't have set this shot up better if I tried. 

Just a lucky coincidence - I forgot about the hummingbird design on the hook. 

Butterflies have fluttered by for some time now, but if the hummingbirds have been here, we haven't seen them until now. 

I have a pair red hooks on the back of the garage where I hang the kayak, and the little bird flew over to them, up and down, and I could hear her say "where do you get the juice from?". 

Then, embarrassed as she realized they weren't feeders, she flew over to the lilacs where I captured this photo.

I set up a feeder this evening.
